Hybrid battery failures due to material defects and workmanship will be replaced according to the guidelines in Warranty Service Requests. If you suspect you have a hybrid battery problem please contact us immediately. Please provide pictures of trouble codes from a scan tool. In most cases batteries can be replaced under warranty in 24 to 48 hours as long as you provide documentation of the trouble codes.

Rebuilt Hybrid Batteries
Rebuilt Hybrid Batteries have a free replacement warranty that includes completely free replacement for the entire warranty period. This covers all associated costs with hybrid battery replacement for the entire span of the warranty. This includes a replacement battery, delivery, and installation. No deceptive prorated warranties, no subscription fees, and zero hidden fees if a warranty replacement is ever needed. After the warranty expires, we offer a 25% courtesy discount from the original purchase price.
New Hybrid Batteries
New hybrid batteries are genuine Panasonic (Primearth EV) hybrid batteries with a current manufacturing date stamped on every battery module. New batteries come with a manufacturer warranty for 3 years/36,000 miles, and 2 years extended warranty from Hybrid Restoration (total warranty of 5 years). the actual life expectancy of a new hybrid battery is 10-12 years. For Non-Fleet Vehicles
For non-fleet vehicles, Hybrid Restoration, LLC warrants that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for the span of the selected warranty (18 month, 3 year, or 5 years) and unlimited mileage from the date of purchase, except as noted. This specific product warranty does not apply to use in fleet vehicles and becomes null and void if damage is caused by: misuse, abuse, or accident causing damage to the hybrid battery and its components; the attachment of any unauthorized accessory; alteration to the product; improper removal or installation; exposure to harsh weather and/or chemicals; oversized or mismatched tire sizes, lack of proper vehicle maintenance, fuel run out, transmission failure, engine failed to start conditions, cylinder misfires, or extended storage that is more than 6 months. Fleet vehicles are defined as vehicles that are driven for purposes other than commuting and those driven more than the national average of 17,000 miles per year. If you drive your vehicle for purposes other than normal commuting and average more than 17,000 miles per year, please mention this when ordering. This warranty also becomes null and void if the product is opened or any warranty sticker is tampered with, broken, or missing, or if the damage is caused by any other condition that is beyond the control of Hybrid Restoration, LLC including fuel run-out, low engine oil, low inverter coolant, failed inverter pump, or any condition causing the engine not to start. If your car runs out of fuel or fails to start please call us immediately for instructions to prevent permanent battery damage.
For Fleet Vehicles
For fleet vehicles, Hybrid Restoration, LLC warrants that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for the span of the selected warranty and 17,000 total miles per year from the date of purchase, except as noted. This specific product warranty does not apply to non-fleet vehicles and becomes null and void if the damage is caused by: misuse, abuse, or accident causing damage to the hybrid battery and its components; the attachment of any unauthorized accessory; alteration to the product; improper removal or installation; exposure to harsh weather and/or chemicals; oversized or mismatched tire sizes, lack of proper maintenance, fuel run out, transmission failure, engine failed to start conditions, cylinder misfires, extended storage that is more than 6 months. IN ALL CASES, HYBRID RESTORATION, LLC SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPE OF INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE EXCLUDED.
By ordering and accepting this product, you hereby waive and release any claim now or hereafter existing against Hybrid Restoration, LLC, its employees, officers, directors, agents and customers, on account of any and all claims, demands, suits, causes of action and all legal proceedings, whether civil or criminal, damages, losses, liabilities (including, but not limited to, strict liability in tort), obligations, penalties, judgments or fines and other sanctions, and any costs and expenses in connection therewith, including legal fees and expenses of whatever kind and nature, which may result from or arise out of injury to or death or loss or damage to property or the loss of use of any property which may result from or arise out of the possession, condition, use or operation of this product.
