Quality

We run a unique refurbishing process and computer analysis on every rebuilt hybrid battery that leaves the shop. Every single battery module is individually refurbished to yield as much of the original capacity as possible. Battery packs are then matched to a tight tolerance. This assures that you won’t have a problem out of your hybrid battery even after the warranty expires. In the event that a failure does occur under warranty, the battery will be replaced free of charge in accordance to the warranty terms selected at the time of purchase.

When our batteries are refurbished or rebuilt, this means that the batteries are not just recharged, checked, and reassembled, like others would do, but they undergo a refurbishing process that yields a like-new functional capacity. Private Repair Shops

Sometimes, a local private repair shops will offer to install a battery in your car from a third party battery company, or even worse, an auto parts store… While this might seem easy and like a good idea, the 3rd party battery company will not cover the labor involved in the second installation if their replacement battery fails. You will have to pay for several hours of labor for the second time out of pocket if the auto parts store battery fails.

Our comprehensive warranty covers the delivery, the installation, and the complete battery assembly. This means that if our hybrid battery fails, we come out and replace it completely free of charge as long as you provide us with all of the trouble codes from the scan tool used to diagnose the vehicle.

Q: “There's a company offering to replace my battery for slightly less than what you quoted but with a shorter warranty, what is the difference between their battery and your batteries?”

A: The difference is simple. Companies that offer extremely short 90 day or 6 month warranties take shortcuts and rebuild at such low standards that they can only expect a few months of service out of their batteries. They use batteries that shouldn't be reused to sell you a battery that will not perform as expected. Often times those companies only replace one or two cells just to make the battery functional and the fuel mileage will suffer.

The problem with this is that you end up with a battery that has an unpredictable lifespan (sometimes lasting only a few weeks or months). This is because the battery has overall low capacity and the battery modules that weren't replaced are still in a poor state of health.
